Bite-Sized Preservation: Reading Architectural Drawings

We’re bringing you another serving of preservation basics. Join us via Zoom on July 9 for just as much preservation as fits in a lunch hour. Each installment will bring new topics and a variety of tools.

The Regency Town House, UK

On Thursday, July 9, we’ll present Bite-Sized Preservation: Reading Architectural Drawings will explain the different kinds of plans, show how they are produced and used, and discuss how they have changed in the internet age. Are architectural blueprints Greek to you? This session, featuring architect Joel VanderWeele, will explore striking historical examples of architectural drawings and teach you how to read contemporary plans if you are doing work on your house or following a local development proposal.

Join us and learn how to navigate history from your home!

All registrants will receive a Zoom invitation with a meeting code and password before the event. Please contact us with any questions or for assistance with the Zoom app.
