 Saltimbocca

Chicken wrapped with basil, Italian fontina and prosciutto, drizzled with pesto

New age wellington

Grilled tenderloin with boursin cheese and merlot demi

Mission fig pizza

Thin grilled pizza rounds with Berkshire farms chevre and fresh summer ripened figs topped with fresh fig and peach chutney and frizzled prosciutto

Goat cheese rounds

Local goat cheese with caramelized onions and wild mushrooms on a puff pastry coin

Curry dusted sweet potato rounds

Dusted with sea salt with tamarind dip

 Station Dinners

Saigon soup and sandwich

Traditional Vietnamese sandwich stuffes with cha lu (Vietnamese-style pork roll),salami, cucumber and cilantro topped with Vietnamese slaw and a soy chili oil dressing, and nappa cabbage soup

Mac and cheese station

Chafing dishes of cavatelli alfredo and seafood cheddar mac and cheese

Coffee/tea  -passed chocolate savories
