Mansard Monday – May 21, 2018

Published in Preservation Notes.

Built by Colin C. Baker in 1867, this brick house has a lovely rounded former and pronounced bay windows. A year after he finished this house, the Colin C. Baker Row House just up the street was completed.

For this week’s Mansard Monday, we went back into the Gowdey Archives  for this photo of 354 Broadway.
