PPS has private office or studio space available for rent beginning  July 1, 2021 in the historic John Carter (Shakespeare’s Head) Building.  Rent is $1,500 per month for the entire floor.

The space is located on the first floor of the building with its own private entrance.  There are 3 rooms and a kitchenette included in the private space.  A powder room is located one flight of stairs below the office space.

We are seeking a single tenant to fill this space, however we may be open to other arrangements.

This is the perfect office or studio space to maintain social distancing while being productive.  The space can be viewed upon request(all proper social distancing and mask-wearing will be mandatory for a viewing).  Please email info@ppsri.org for more information.
